Life hasn’t always been easy for Stuart. Growing up, he was badly bullied and when he left school, he lacked confidence. Wanting to get more involved in the community, Stuart got stuck in with the youth club at his church and from there, started to do more volunteering – including for Eden West Bowling (Bradford).

Since then, his confidence has grown! He now believes in himself, is even stronger in his faith and is passionate about prayer walking around the community, sharing the hope of God with those he meets. And in 2023, Stuart won The Message’s Urban Hero Inspiration Award.
